Cindy Weeks
Cindy (Cynthia) partners with leaders and their organizations in learning to respond proactively and positively in the midst of our constantly changing world. She recognizes the interdependence of individual action and system-wide dynamics, whether developing stronger leaders, facilitating desired culture shifts, or preparing to more effectively engage uncertainty and change.
Cindy’s clients often attribute their success to her genuine curiosity, attentive listening, and powerful questions. Passionate about supporting people in living their values and making a positive difference, Cindy is a thoughtful sounding board, challenging thought partner, and a compassionate listener.
Thanks for all your support, Cindy. You are better therapy than gardening. You should take that as a supreme compliment … ~ Stacie, avid gardener/coaching client
